Blue Ridge Condominium is run by a Resident Board of Directors with 5 elected members. The officers are: President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Recording Secretary and Member-at-Large.
This board has numerous committees that oversee specific areas in detail, and make recommendations to the Board regarding those areas.
