Located in Lansdowne, Virginia, for active adults 55 years of age or older, Blue Ridge provides its residents with views of the Potomac River, the Lansdowne golf course, The Blue Ridge Mountains, and its own beautifully landscaped grounds and gardens.
We have 239 units in an 11 story high rise building, with condominiums from 1 to 3 bedrooms, and up to two baths. All of the units have enclosed balconies that offer additional living space. There are two floors of individually owned indoor parking spaces as well. Professionally decorated, the lobby, party room and other common areas are designed to be a beautiful and comfortable extension of our homes. Three elevators can take you to any floor with ease.
In addition to the activities within Blue Ridge, Lansdowne Woods offers residents many amenities. There are tennis courts, an indoor swimming pool, ballroom with stage, library, ceramic studio, wood working shop, fitness center and much more. If that isn't enough to keep our residents happy there is an active calendar of events on and off campus.
Lansdowne Woods has on-site a restaurant and beauty shop for the convenience of its residents. It also has a community bus that takes residents to nearby shopping centers on a regular basis.
